2D animation is an animation technique which uses for creating the movement art in a two-dimensional space. It includes the characters, creatures, VFX, and backgrounds. 2D animation is mainly used in cartoons, advertisements and brand videos.
3D animation is done using computer software techniques. It also deals with the creation of 3D models and their movement in a digital environment. 3D animation is more complex than 2D animation. 3D animation is mostly used in Movies, Video Games, and Cartoons.
