Ans – At first, you have to patient with upset and angry people. If you find something your fault, You wouldn’t be yelling at the person. These people act as though they were foreign dignitaries. According to philosophy, “The customer is always right” has gone straight to their heads. So, at that time, you must control your mindset and continue to work and solve the customer’s problems as soon as possible.

Ans – As I am a fresher, I have just passed my graduation. I have no work experience, but I can tackle most angry customers. So, I only want a chance to prove myself.

Ans – Now, In the Engineering job or Technical job market is slightly difficult to get a job for engineering students. You have to required experience to get a job in most Technical companies and IT Industries. So, many engineering Graduate Students want to join the Airline sector and other jobs.

Ans – I always enjoy teamwork. I think that I will get into the role well. I’m looking for new challenges daily. I also know that I will learn a lot about the aviation industry, not only about people and places.
