Types of ARM Instruction Set

ARM Instruction Set:

ARM architecture supports Thumb 16-bit and Thumb-2 32-bit instruction sets. Most of the ARM instructions use three operands. These instructions are classified based on their instructions format and operations which are listed as follows:

i. Data processing instructions
ii. Single data swap
iii. Shift and rotate instructions
iv. Unconditional instructions and conditional instructions
v. Stack operations
vi. Branch
vii. Multiply instructions
