Roles & Responsibilities:
Implement new and maintain existing tags for Analytics and marketing integrations through Tag Management System tools like Adobe Launch, GTM, etc.
Create or update the experience/offer content for personalization and optimization campaigns
Ensure timely implementation of analytics/Personalization capabilities based on business priorities
Participate in developing requirements for and the implementation of necessary analytics development to accurately report on relevant KPIs
Optimize code for maximum speed, scalability, and reusability within the Website/Single Page Application framework
Maintain detailed documentation on analytics implementation, Validation, etc.
Need to write scripts to fetch data dynamically or dynamically implement the Data Layer.
Support in creating custom visualizations using APIs
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Technical and Professional Requirements:
Understanding of Single Page Applications like ReactJS
Expert knowledge of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
Experience integrating RESTful APIs
Good understanding of asynchronous request handling and partial page updates
Experience with web analytics tagging implementations like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
Experience with Tag Management systems tools like GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium, etc.
Experience working with digital marketing integrations such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
Experience with a responsive design for desktop/mobile
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
Good understanding of browser rendering behaviour and performance
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
