Job Description:
The Web Application Developer will be a member of a global development team, supporting legacy systems and websites as well as developing new features and new web applications.
The application developer is expected to tackle business problems and strike a balance between delivering a good, scalable architecture and meeting business goals and deadlines. The application developer will follow the best practices set by the senior team members and make suggestions and contributions to them.
Requirements:
3+ years of experienced BE/BTech in required
The candidate needs to understand application web architecture, know standard hosting platforms like Azure or AWS, and have a good working knowledge of several web technologies:
JAVA/J2EE is required
Database experience like MySQL, SQL Server and /or Oracle is required
Experience using version-controlling tools like SVN and GitHub is required
Knowledge in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is preferred
Well-rounded Front-end and Back-end developer is a plus
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus: Experience migrating from ClassicUI to TouchUI, work experience with content fragments, experience fragment is a plus
IT Experience with administrating AWS or Azure environment, dispatcher configuration and Load balancing is a plus
Experience in Web Services such as SOAP and RESTful services is a plus
Expertise in building client-side Middle Tier Development environments using JSP, Servlet is a plus
Strong Written and verbal English Skills
Being part of a Global Team, the candidate will participate in Status calls, weekly meetings & collaboration sessions scheduled between 8:00 AM And noon EST.
