Role for Blockchain Developer – Senior:
Developing scalable, fast, robust and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems
Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration across multiple clients engagements from the definition phase through implementation
Keep up to date on emerging capabilities in the open source area and identify where and how new capabilities can be applied
Work closely with Product Management to plan and negotiate iterative development cycles in an Agile environment
Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability.
Contribute to EY’s internal knowledge base on best practices in this full technology area.
Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
Keen a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize problems, and analyze and resolve issues.
Manage the team members by ensuring that the tasks are completed on time.
Job Summary:
This person would have significant experience in Full stack technologies. He/she needs to have strong communication skills and the ability to work with our clients and teams across the globe. Experience in working on Azure and dev ops tools would be an added advantage.
Your Responsibilities:
6 to 10 years of experience in web application development
Experience programming with object-oriented and/or declarative languages
Strong experience in Blockchain (Ethereum/ Hyperledger/Corda)- Ethereum preferred
Strong experience in writing smart contracts on Solidity.
Experience in developing REST services
Highly experienced with back-end programming languages like Node JS
Experience with developing web-based solutions using HTML 5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript frameworks like Angular JS, React etc.
Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB
Experience using modern software configuration management tools in an automated build environment such as Git, Azure Dev Ops etc.
Azure/AWS knowledge is required
Agile development experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to in leading a team
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Primary Skills Requirements:

Ability to work in a team environment as well as an individual contributor
