Key Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for checking IT/AV assets’ physical condition to prepare the list of end-of-life assets.
Responsible to scan all the IT assets monthly wise.
Responsible for IT equipment data wiping following security guidelines weekly basis.
Responsible to segregate the End-of-life assets physically in store.
Responsible to audit the End-of-life assets monthly and account all the assets in the asset management tool.
Responsible to clear the storage space occupied by damaged/EOL assets monthly or quarterly.
Responsible to collect the required documents from the tool or vendor for e-waste disposal.
Responsible to get the required approval from stakeholders before the material clearance.
Responsible to coordinate with vendors to get the required documents before and post e-waste disposal.
Responsible for vendor coordination physically on site for material pickup following building protocol.
Responsible to support the end user machines’ windows technical issues when and where required.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Total 2+ years of experience in asset management and Logistics domain.
Experience in a logistics environment, and e-commerce business as IT Logistics Engineer.
Should have experience in understanding IT equipment, peripherals and IT Warehouse.
Should have experience in the e-waste process.
Should have experience in the Compliance process.
Should have experience in disposing of assets following Safety guidelines.
Should know GST and e-way bills.
Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
